Your Leadership Team must be created and is a vital part of bringing Fields of Faith to your area. Your Team is responsible for...

  1. Understanding/reviewing the history and purpose of Fields of Faith on this website.
  2. Finding local churches to partner with .
  3. Obtaining the Field location, alternate indoor location incase of bad weather, equipment and worship leader (if needed).
  4. Selecting the Impact Students and Impact Adult(s).
  5. Promoting your field event.

Forming Your Leadership Team

The size of your team will reflect the size of your community. Here are the basic people to target:

  1. Key youth pastors in the community
  2. Several student leaders
  3. Several adult leaders

Identifying people for your Team is important. Pray and identify the people in the community that have their finger on the pulse of youth ministry in the area. These are people who are “connectors” and are knowledgeable of the youth culture in the area. Examples are youth pastors, teachers, coaches, parents, etc.
