HOW TO LEAD YOUR FIELD
If you’re an athlete, coach, or volunteer looking to lead a Fields of Faith, here’s how to start.
1 . Connect
Connect with your local FCA staff
2 . Prepare
Complete the volunteer process and get trained up
3 . Lead
List your field to get it officially locked in
1. CONNECT
Start by submitting an Interest Form to connect with local FCA staff about leading a Fields of Faith in your community.
2. PREPARE
Your local FCA staff will register your Fields of Faith event and guide you through the volunteer process.
FCA wants to prepare you with all you need to engage, equip, and empower coaches and athletes to be disciples who make disciples through your event. To do so, you’ll need to complete Fields of Faith Training. You can either:
- Complete the Online Course, or
- Attend an in-person Workshop with your Fields of Faith team.
